The value of the commercial project will increase annually in line with the increase in annual rent. The underlying project asset is also likely to increase in value each year and, on average, reach three times its original value by the end of the lease.

Smart contracts ensure the investment's security. The project cannot be sold without first repaying all investors. This automatic safeguard is built into the system, protecting the principal asset and ensuring transparency throughout the investment process.

At the point of sale or refinancing, the token holders will receive proportional payouts for the value of their tokens and any increase in value.
How do we do it?
Financial Overview
Commerical value
Each lease is assigned a commercial value independently verified by an independent RICS surveyor. This value is then divided into 100,000 tokens, and anyone can acquire a portion of this using crypto or bank transfer. With a minimum spend of £250.
Assured minimum 5% income
The local/UK central government underpins the income from properly constituted leases, ensuring long-term stability and assured rental income throughout the lease term. Hence, we can offer an assured minimum of 5% per annum. This further underpins the possibility of earning 20% p.a. plus within our dedicated revenue booster pool.
Revenue booster pool
Anyone purchasing a token can participate in our unique private staking revenue booster pool, which is currently trending upwards, as can be seen above.
Staking
Staking allows you to earn upwards of 20% p.a. while simultaneously helping create a more dynamic, liquid market, benefiting both individual investors and the broader ecosystem. Token holders can convert all or some of their tokens to staking in the revenue booster pool. In doing so, the minimum 5% income on tokens converted will be forfeited in exchange for potential larger returns from the stakeholder.
Liquid Investment
Tokens can also be sold through our buy-back scheme after three years or at any time via the secondary market, potentially attracting an uplift in value.
